Construction site management

Recording of the characteristics of your sites (names, addresses, contacts, technical constraints, prices, etc.). A+ Software is the mainstay of your customer relations.

 

Delivery

Management of delivery slips per construction site. A+ Software allows for creating documents for the total or partial delivery of all your products. Taking into consideration of carrier fleets of lorries and calculation of freight charges. Organization of your multi-product delivery slips (trade products, standard products, rebars, etc.) by construction site and order. The presentation facilitates loading and unloading operations, and reduces the risk of error. Controls and monitoring of statistics available.

 

Invoicing and payments

Comprehensive management of the sales administration activity (invoices, statements, bills, reminders, payments, outstanding customer payments, statistics, etc.). All of the sales administration tasks are integrated in this A+ Software functionality to facilitate customer follow-up. The data can be exported to your accounting software, depending on your specifications, in order to optimize data processing.

 

Purchases

Management of purchases (consultations, orders, receipt of deliveries, stocks of raw materials, statistics, etc.). A+ Software manages the purchases of both raw materials and consumables or trade products. Automatic updating of stock reservations and physical movements. Edition of electronic documents and emailing to partners. Follow-up tables.

 

Subcontracting of rebars

Management, by construction site, of all subcontracted operations and automated generation of subcontractor orders and construction site delivery slips.
Facilitates the generation of subcontracting-related documents (supplier and customer). Definition of prices for all subcontractors right from the site to facilitate orders and invoices. Subcontractor documents bearing your company logo. Saves time and ensures rigour and exactness in monitoring subcontracted operations.     

 

Installation and invoicing

This A+ Software option allows you to generate an installation follow-up by drawing to facilitate invoicing for your installation sites. Compatible with invoicing methods with or without supplies.  

Design of parts

The solution includes a configurator to automatically generate the bills of materials (BOMs) and manufacturing operations for your concrete parts depending on the different variables defining your parts (size, type of concrete, type of finish, etc.). You benefit from macros for the automatic creation of the associated rebars.

 

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Analysis of stock levels (minimum, maximum) and purchase lead times to determine the optimal schedule, in real time, of orders and/or production of parts. Ensures an adequate level of stock continuously, prevents stock shortages, and identifies idle inventory. Generates orders, taking into account multi-supplier relationships. Saving of time and improved stock management.

 

Bill of materials configurator

Management of your production and sales lines for the generation of orders and price quotes integrating all accessories and operations. Can be adapted to all types of activities with production organized by order.  
This module constitutes the heart of your production management application. The first level allows for managing your manufacturing lines. The BOM and the operations benefit from configurator-type functionalities that allow for simplifying the management of your technical database. Depending on the design variables, the configurator allows for controlling the choice of components and their quantities, as well as the associated operations and the expected productivity.

Delivery run optimization

Organization of deliveries by run and by lorry, taking into account the priorities and choice of itineraries. Link to Google Maps®. Transport schedules with fleet reservation and consistency check. Management of the lorry schedule. Improved relations with your carriers. Reduction in delivery times and carbon footprint.

 

Stock

Comprehensive management of your stocks of raw materials and accessories. Monitoring of book inventory for finished goods and tracked stock. Taking into account of specific items related to the steel (differences in rolling, different order/sales and production units, bar ends, etc.) with monitoring of intermediate stocks. Knowledge of the stocks to be reserved early in the manufacturing process.

Stock Mobile

Management of stock movements (transfers, inventory, receipt, etc.) using a portable device with bar code reader. Facilitates the direct control and monitoring of stocks.

Real-time production monitoring

Monitoring engine for production data entered in the workshop via the A+ TouchBox network. Real-time monitoring, and productivity and traceability reporting. Allows the comprehensive management of production with real-time progress display. Facilitates the relationship with the construction site. Ensures the traceability of raw materials by construction site for quality control. Provides a very accurate calculation of costs based on recorded events.

Data exchange between A+ Software bases

Data exchange between A+ Software bases. Allows the transfer of rebar manufacturing data, including assembly drawings, from one A+ Software system to another. Very practical, notably when working with your subcontractors.
